Obituary for Maria Luisa Guerrero

Maria Luisa Guerrero, 77, of Pampa, was called home to be with her heavenly Father on Thursday, May 14, 2020. She was born on May 8, 1943 in Satevo Chihuahua, Mexico to Manuel and Ester Guerrero.

Maria led a beautiful life full of joy and happiness. Most of her joy in life was centered around her family, especially her grandchildren. Attending various get togethers was one of her favorite activities. She was always considered the life of the party because she had such a wonderful sense of humor! Some other enjoyments in Maria’s life were traveling, attending church, knitting, baking bread, and indulging in her favorite desserts. Church was very important to her and she liked to contribute by taking donations to give to her place of worship in Mexico. Working hard for thirty-six years at an infant hospital in Mexico was one of her greatest achievements during her time spent here on earth. Her wonderful memories that she left behind with her family will be forever cherished by them.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Maria left behind to carry on her beautiful memories, son, Manuel Duarte and wife Alma of Pampa; daughter, Yasmin Soto and husband Adrian of Pampa; brother, Victor Guerrero of Chihuahua, Mexico; sisters, Guadalupe Guerrero, Maria Del Carmen Guerrero and husband Enrique Sanchez all of Chihuahua, Mexico; seven grandchildren, Selene Abrego, Erick Duarte, Karen Duarte, Arian Duarte, Leah Soto, Linda Soto, Leonardo Soto and two great- grandchildren, Abner Soto and Ma’teo Abrego.
