Obituary for Charles Jesse Hall

Charles Jesse Hall, 75 years young, gained his wings and went to be with our Lord on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at home in Pampa, Texas. He was born on September 10, 1946, to Jesse and Alene Hall in Cordell, Oklahoma.

As a child, he grew up in Allison, Texas and graduated from Allison High School. A few years after graduating, he moved to Pampa and started his career at Cabot which he continued until retiring after 44 years of dedicated employment. Charles enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand regardless if it was tinkering on automobiles and small engines, taking friends to their many doctors’ appointments or even mowing lawns of neighbors that were feeling down. He was quite involved with FFA at Pampa High School while his son, Kyle was a student, but even after his graduation, Charles continued to feed livestock and help the kids out where necessary. When owners were unavailable to tend to their animals, they knew they could always count on Charles to pick up the slack. He thoroughly enjoyed feeding and tending to animals such as Thunder (a Longhorn bull), cattle, horses, dogs, and whatever chore just needed attention. His loving, caring and nurturing ways will be missed by many who knew and loved him.

Those who preceded him in death are his parents and three brothers, Thurman Hall, Roy Hall, and Jerry Hall.

He leaves to carry on his memories a daughter, Kathy Hunt and husband Henry, Jr of Canyon; his favorite child, Kyle Hall and wife Mandy of Amarillo; six grandchildren, Hagen Hunt and wife Beckah of Plainview, Jordan Garcia and husband Pedro of Canyon, Tyler Hunt and wife Amber, Jacob Hall, Zak Hunt, Braxton Hall all of Amarillo and six great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 18, 2021, at First Assembly of God Church, 1030 Love Street, Pampa, TX 79065 with Brother Daniel Mooney officiating. The family has entrusted the cremation care of their loved one to Winegeart Funeral Home.

Should donations be a preference, the family suggests they be made to Focus 4 My Christ, C/O Daniel Mooney, P.O. Box 854, White Deer, TX 79097 in memory of Charles.
