Obituary for Beverly Ruth Anderson

Beverly Ruth Anderson, 67, of Pampa, Texas, found peace with Jesus on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Daughter of Emmitt and Dorothy Gish, she was born October 1, 1954, in Graham Texas.
Graham, Texas was Beverly’s hometown and as a youngster, began a lifelong love affair with animals, especially horses. She was fun loving, with a heart of gold and a can-do spirit that carried her thru this life. For every heart there is a partner, and Beverly found hers in Mike Anderson when they met and later married October 3, 1989, and made the most of their 19 years until his passing.
Just like a building every family has a cornerstone upon which a strong foundation is laid, and Beverly filled that role for her family. She was not only Mom, MeMa or Mo to her own children and grandchildren including everyone they brought home, but Michelle was her favorite! Even on a tight budget she always had room for stragglers at her table. Her home was filled with laughter and love for all who came to the door, and you could be guaranteed there was always something about to happen, especially if she had a fly swatter or wooden spoon in hand. Games, fun and advice on how the world really worked-without sugar coating were always available. Her green thumb helped with that tight meal budget as she would grow fruits and vegetables to add to her table. In quiet times before the Internet, you could find Beverly settled with a good book, with maybe a little Dwight Yokum in the background.
She was greeted upon her arrival in heaven, by her husband Mike Anderson; parents, and her brother, Stephen Gish.
As a lover of people, Beverly will be missed by many friends and family. She leaves behind her son, Brian Peden and wife Kelli of Prior Lake, Minnesota; daughter, Brandy Peden of Pampa; a sister, Debbie Gish. Making her family grow were her grandchildren; Ashleigh Christy and partner Mike Pagano, Tyler Hulsey, Evan Arreola, Ryleigh Peden all of Pampa. The arrival of great-grandson Tyler Pagano just added to her joy. Services are scheduled for Friday January 21, 2022 , at Carpenter's Church, 639 Barnes, Pampa, TX. with Brother JIm Sinyard officiating. The family has entrusted the cremation care of their precious loved one to Winegeart Funeral Home.
Should donations in honor of Beverly be a preference, the family suggests they be made to P.A.W.S., P.O. Box 2095, Pampa, TX 79066-2095.
